Daniella Fishburne is a conceptual photographer based in Charleston, South Carolina. Her work explores themes of identity, perception, and emotional duality through surreal, narrative-driven imagery that challenges traditional representations of reality.

Her imagery moves between the romantic and the psychological, often described as hauntingly beautiful, inviting viewers into constructed worlds that reflect both inner and external realities. Rooted in digital manipulation, her practice has evolved toward an in-camera approach, particularly through double exposure to merge forms and blur the boundaries between reality and imagination. Her work often incorporates self-portraiture, with the figure obscured or fragmented to prioritize narrative over identity.

Her work has been internationally recognized, with awards from the Fine Art Photography Awards, Neutral Density Photography Awards, and Photographer’s Forum. Her photographs have been exhibited in galleries across the United States and internationally, including shows in Portland, London, Venice, Brooklyn, and Pennsylvania, and have been featured in Somerset Digital Studio magazine.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she continues to refine her conceptual voice and technical approach.
